All Rasaaya orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days from the date of order confirmation.
As our Ayurvedic hair care formulations are prepared and handled in small batches, this processing time allows us to ensure product integrity, hygiene, and quality prior to dispatch.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Orders within India are typically delivered within: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Shipping confirmation along with tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
For international orders, delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- Destination country
- Customs clearance procedures
- Local courier service timelines
Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of dispatch.
Please note: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes as per the regulations of the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are payable by the customer.

As Rasaaya formulations contain natural botanical ingredients, we recommend receiving the shipment personally and storing the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight upon delivery.
