Rasaaya products are prepared using botanical ingredients and traditional processes. Minor variations in colour, texture, or aroma may occur naturally and shall not be considered defects.
Returns & Exchanges
At Rasaaya, each formulation is prepared and packed with care in small batches to maintain quality, hygiene, and consistency.
As our products fall under the category of personal care and Ayurvedic wellness preparations, our return and exchange policy is designed in accordance with safety and hygiene standards.
Beauty & Personal Care Products
Due to the nature of use and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products, including:
- Ayurvedic Hair Oils
- Herbal Shampoos
- Hair Serums
- Scalp Therapy Formulations
This ensures that every product delivered to you remains safe, uncontaminated, and suitable for personal application.
Eligible for Replacement
We do offer a replacement under the following circumstances:
- Product received in damaged condition
- Leakage during transit
- Incorrect product delivered
Requests for replacement must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Conditions for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The product must be unused
- The original packaging must be intact
- The issue must be clearly visible in the submitted images

- Clear images of the outer package and product
- A brief description of the issue
Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will initiate a replacement.
Refunds (If Applicable)
In cases where a replacement cannot be arranged due to product unavailability, a refund may be issued.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.
